Frequently Asked Questions
Are the stickers dishwasher and microwave safe?
Yes, 100%! Our vinyl stickers are made with high-grade waterproof vinyl and water-resistant solvent inks. Once applied to clean, dry surfaces, allow 24 hours to cure before placing in the dishwasher.
How do the clothing iron-on labels work?
They are heat-seal permanent fabric labels. Simply set your household iron to maximum heat (no steam), place the included protective parchment paper over the label, and press firmly for 15 seconds. Once set, they withstand regular washing machines and tumble dryers.
What is the production turnaround time?
Our standard production turnaround is 3 to 5 business days from payment confirmation. Couriers take an additional 1–3 business days for delivery nationwide.
Can I collect my order in Pretoria East?
Yes! You can choose "Free Collection (Pretoria East)" at checkout. We will WhatsApp and email you as soon as your stickers are printed and ready for pickup.
